Abyssinian wheatear – Oenanthe lugubris – is a small resident Afro/Asian passerine of Type – sallyer, Family Muscicapidae and Order Passeriformes. It is found in small isolated areas from N Tanzania to Dhofar. In the AWB Region it is resident in Eritrea, Djibouti, Somaliland, W Yemen and Dhofar.
