Afghan babbler – Argya huttoni – is a slender resident Asian babbler of Type – ground-forager, Family Leiothrichidae and Order Passeriformes. It is found in SW Asia from Iraq to Pakistan in suitable dry open areas. In the AWB Region it is found as resident in SE Iraq and Iran.
