Asir magpie – Pica asirensis – or Arabian magpie is medium sized resident Arabian passerine of Type – ground-forager, Family Corvidae and Order Passeriformes. It is endemic to the Asir Mountains of SW KSA and bordering Yemen. It is found only in the juniper forests, particularly in the well vegetated wadis.
