Black-bellied storm-petrel – Fregetta tropica – is a small worldwide pelagic seabird of the of the tropical and temperate waters generally S of the Equator, it is of Type – seabird, Family Oceanitidae and Order Procellariiformes. In the Indian Ocean it ranges N into the Gulf of Aden and the Gulf of Oman, and in the S its range extends to the Antarctic Convergence. In the AWB Region its range extends to the offshore waters of the countries bordering the Indian Ocean.
