Desert lark – Ammomanes deserti – is a mid-sized lark of Type – Alaudine, Family Alaudidae and Order Passeriformes. It is resident across the deserts and semi-deserts of N Africa, Arabia and SW Asia. In the AWB Region it is found as resident in almost all the states except Cyprus, S Caucasus, Socotra and Comoros.
