Egyptian goose

The Egyptian goose (Alopochen aegyptiaca) is a smallish goose, native to much of Africa, south of the Sahara and the Nile Valley into Egypt. Outside of its natural habitat it has been taken to a number of countries for decorative ornamental purposes particularly to the UK.
