Isabelline shrike – Lanius isabellinus – is a mid-sized migratory shrike of Type – sallyer, Family Laniidae and Order Passeriformes. It is a summer breeder to Mongolia and N China, and winters from NW India across Arabia to E Africa. In the AWB Region it is a winter visitor to the Arabian Gulf coastal areas, Oman, Yemen, Djibouti, Eritrea, Sudan, Socotra and Somalia.
