Plain leaf-warbler – Phylloscopus neglectus – is a small migratory Asian warbler of Type – insectivore, Family Phylloscopidae and Order Passeriformes. It is a summer breeder to SW Asia and winters on the southern edge of that area. In the AWB Region it is a summer breeder to Iran and SE Iraq, and winters in the S coastal strip of Iran and along the Mekran coast into NW India, it also winters on the S side of the Straits of Hormuz in coastal areas of N E Oman and the UAE.
