Prunellidae – Accentors+ is a Family of small Eurasian passerines of Type – insectivore and Order Passeriformes. They are typically birds of mountainous areas of Eurasia, but in the Western Palearctic Region, there is only one species, the Dunnock, that is adapted to lowland areas. The others make seasonal altitudinal movements to adjust to the climatic changes. Currently the Family contains only the Accentors, and the categories within it are as shown below.
