Red-throated thrush – Turdus ruficollis – is a mid-sized migratory Asian passerine of Type – ground-forager, Family Turdidae and Oder Passeriformes. It is an E Asian summer migrant and in winter migrates S to winter in the lower Himalayas. The AWB Region lies outside of its normal range but it is recorded as Accidental in Oman.
