Sabine’s gull

The Sabine’s gull – Xema sabini is a small Holarctic species of Type – seabird of the family Laridae and the Order Charadriiformes. It is a dispersed summer breeder to the Arctic Region and in winter migrates S to winter offshore of the W coast of Central America and the W and S coasts of Southern Africa. In the AWB Region it is found on Passage off the Atlantic coasts of NW Africa.

Winter Habitat - migratory and pelagic to cold ocean currents of SW S America and SW Africa,
