Socotra Cormorant

The Socotra cormorant – Phalacrocorax nigrogularis, is a large surface diving seabird endemic to the coasts of the Arabian Gulf, Indian Ocean Arabia and Socotra island. It is a member of the Order Suliformes, and nests colonially on isolated islands, up to 10’s of thousands at a time, see the video below.
