Indian silverbill – Euodice malabarica – is a small resident Asian Estrildid-finch of Type – granivore, Family Estrildidae and Order Passeriformes. It is found across the Indian sub-continent and into Arabia. In the AWB Region it is resident in SE Iran, UAE, NE Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and small isolated populated areas in KSA and the Levant.

Type - granivore - gregarius, and forages in small flocks,
Typical Habitat - dry open scrub, grasslands and farmlands,
