Lapland longspur – Calcarius lapponicus – or Lapland bunting – is a small migratory Holarctic passerine of Type – granivore, Family Calcariidae and Order Passeriformes. It found widely over the Holarctic Region where it breeds in the Tundra and winters in the Asian and American steppes. The AWB Region lies outside of its normal range but it is recorded as Accidental in Turkey.
