Taiga flycatcher – Ficedula albicilla – or Red-throated flycatcher, is a migratory Asian flycatcher of Type – sallyer, Family Muscicapidae and Order Passeriformes. It is a summer breeder to the Taiga Forest Region of N Asia and migrates in the winter to India and SE Asia. The AWB Region lies well outside of its normal range, but it is recorded as Accidental in UAE.
