Cricket longtail – Spiloptila clamans – is a small resident African passerine of Type – insectivore, Family Cisticolidae and Order Passeriformes. It is resident along the Sahel Belt of N Africa. In the AWB Region it is found as resident along the Sahel Belt and close margins in Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Chad, Sudan and Eritrea.
