Dusky turtle-dove – Streptopelia lugens – is a small resident Afro/Arabian dove+ of Type – landfowl, Family Columbidae and Order Columbiformes. It is found as resident in wooded mountainous areas from East Africa to SW Arabia. In the AWB Region it is resident in Eritrea, W Somaliland, SW KSA and W Yemen.
