Lesser frigatebird – Fregata ariel – is the smallest of the oceanic worldwide Frigatebirds and is of Type – seabird, Family Fregatidae and Order Suliformes. It is found over the tropical oceans of the world. In the AWN Region it is found in the offshore waters around the Comoros islands.
