Mountain chiffchaff – Phylloscopus sindianus – is a small migratory Asian leaf warbler of Type – insectivore, Family Phylloscopidae and Order Passeriformes. It has two summer breeding populations centred in S Caucasus and Kyrgyzstan that winter in the southern areas of Iran and Pakistan. In the AWB Region it is a summer breeder to the mountainous areas of S Caucasus, E Turkey, NE Iraq and NW Iran, and it winters in S Iran.
