Rock pipit – Anthus petrosus – or Eurasian rock pipit – is a small migratory/resident European passerine of Type – insectivore, Family Motacillidae and Order Passeriformes. It is a summer breeder and resident on the rocky coasts of Western Europe, it becomes resident on the more Temperate coasts. In the AWB Region it is a winter visitor to coastal areas of Morocco and Tunisia.
