Thekla’s lark – Galerida theklae – is a typically sized Afro/European lark of Type – Alaudine, Family Alaudidae and Order Passeriformes. It is found in Iberia, NW Africa and the Horn of Africa. In the AWB Region it is resident on the NW African coastal areas from Western Sahara, and the Maghreb states to N Libya, and in Eritrea and Somalia.
