Finsch’s wheatear – Oenanthe finschii – is a small migratory/resident Asian passerine of Type – sallyer, Family Muscicapidae and Order Passeriformes. it is found across SW Asia from Ankara to Tashkent. In the AWB Region it is a summer breeder to central Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and N Iran, it is resident in SE Turkey, NE Syria, NE Iraq and W Iran, and is a winter visitor to S central Turkey, the Levant, Syria, Jordan, SW Iran, and various dispersed and isolated parts of KSA.
