Hume’s wheatear – Oenanthe albonigra – is a large resident Asian wheatear of Type – sallyer, Family Muscicapidae and Order Passeriformes. It is found across SW Asia and E Arabia. In the AWB Region it is predominantly found in S Iran with small populations in NE Iraq, NE UAE and the costal areas of Oman in the Gulf of Oman.
