The Phoenicopteridae - Flamingos+ is a Family of very large gregarious wading-birds of the Order Phoenicopteriformes, they are present in both the New World with four species and the Old World with two species. The Family contains only one English sub-family, the Flamingos, they are of Type - wadingbird.
