The Laughing dove – Spilopelia senegalensis or Palm dove is a resident small dove of the family Columbidae, and Order Columbiformes. It is widely resident across Africa, The Middle East and W Asia and India, it is present in all AWB countries except The Comoros.
Type - landfowl - nests in low bushes, building ledges,
Resident Habitat - semi-desert scrub, dry farmland, urban areas, parks and gardens,
- can congregate in flocks near water holes,
